My Family Heritage plan purchases are non-refundable. The amount of storage you purchased is yours for the length of the subscription - six months, one year and so on. By default, this storage will auto-renew at the end of the plan period you have chosen. You can change this setting at the time of purchase or at any time during the year. We'll send 2 reminder emails, 30 & 3 days before the renewal charge. To opt out of the storage renewal, please follow these steps:
Visit your profile in Family Contacts or visit Membership settings. Your current plan will be highlighted in blue. Click the Change renewal settings link.
Click Proceed to disable the auto-renewal. Your plan will then not renew automatically on the expiration date.
Note: If you subscribe auto renewal subscription using Paypal & subsequently change your pay options on a new plan you might have opted for, then kindly pls cancel the auto renewal in your paypal account.
